FLTLT C. Rutherford

The Unit Commander is responsible to the Commandant of the NZCF for the overall command and welfare of their Squadron. They hold ultimate responsibility for the management of all parade nights and activities conducted within their unit, development of the staff and NCOs, developing a relationship with the Unit Support Committee, RSA and other organisations within our local community.

The Executive Officer's role is primarily second in command of our Unit. Their direct responsibility is managing the day to day operations in the unit, and standards of all staff, NCO's and cadets.

A/PLTOFF V. Neven

The Adjutants primary role is the administration of the Squadron. This includes update of personal details, camp applications, course applications and any banking inquires.

The Operations Officer's direct responsibility is to oversee the four different Flight's standards and mentorship within No. 3 (Auckland City) Squadron on behalf of the Cadet Unit Commander.

The Logistics Officers primary role the management of the assets within the Squadron. This includes the management of blue uniform stores and bulk stores.
